here are some of the prominent things that common people of Sikkim love :

BAMBOO SHOOT PICKLE WITH DALLE KHURSANI

The people of Sikkim and Darjeeling traditionally pickle dalle chillies with bamboo shoot in oil for months to release a pleasant aroma. Every home in these areas has a bottle of this pickle. A spicy and tangy pickle, the unique and tantalizing vegetarian preserve is the best combination of one of the hottest chillies in the world – the fiery dalle and the slightly sour bamboo shoot.  dalle khursani is one of the world's most spiciest chillies. the picante taste of dalle khursani make the pickle even better for you if you love spicy food.

these might look like cherries to you. but be careful they are the opposite of cherries.

PASSION FRUIT JUICE

when you accidentally eat the chilly thinking its a cherry you'll be needing something to save yourself XD. so for that Sikkim has "passion fruit". Made from the freshly squeezed passion fruits from the famous Sikkimese organic passion fruit gardens. The Sikkim supreme Passion fruit squash, when mixed with water, delivers the fresh juices of the ripest passion fruits in Sikkim, squeezed out into a glass of sweet and tangy passion fruit drink. The squash is a strong source of Vitamin C and is great to help build the immune system and make it stronger.

don't drink the whole bottle together, there is a particular way of drinking this which is by adding 1/3 juice and 2/3 water in a glass so it feels less tangy.

ORGANIC TEMI TEA

really bold of you to assume tea and Sikkim aren't best friends. sikkim is the land of tea. Among the rarest teas in the world, Temi's Spring is a signature, organic mix of its delicate leaves and buds. Highly sophisticated in taste and aroma, this refined golden liquor has a light floral finish and a hint of a sweet lingering taste. This is a really famous tea around the world.
